Guys after eating a lot: I'm so full.

Over the summer I am actually going to change my diet for the first time. I found out the other day that my body with my exercise plan burns about 4,500 calories a day. No wonder I’m not gaining any weight. So when I am out of school I will be planning every meal that I eat down to the calorie. If I don’t gain weight in these summer months I will have failed myself.
