I work out 6 days a week in order to achieve a specific fitness goal.

Over the summer I am actually going to change my diet for the first time. I found out the other day that my body with my exercise plan burns about 4,500 calories a day. No wonder I’m not gaining any weight. So when I am out of school I will be planning every meal that I eat down to the calorie. If I don’t gain weight in these summer months I will have failed myself.
Day 627
Today was a shoulder workout. I worked them out pretty hard. They were trembling after the workout.
Day 626
Today was a legs day. I think I’m going to start adding more weight to my lunges. Right now I’m using a bar with 80lbs. My leg extensions are up to 255lbs.
