I work out 6 days a week in order to achieve a specific fitness goal.
This blog consists of everything from cats, places I want to go on vacation, design, classic pictures, black and white, motorcycles, jokes, and some fitblr.

Today is the beginning of me not making any more excuses for myself. I did my entire workout today. I only skipped a few bench press things because the gym was so packed. I will go to the gym early instead of run early so I can do ABSOLUTELY everything.
Started the day off with a 5.75 mile run. I ran it in 46 minutes and 43 seconds.
Later I went to the gym and worked out chest and shoulders.
Then I came home and did a core workout.
