I am 21 years old.

I work out 6 days a week in order to achieve a specific fitness goal.
This blog consists of everything from cats, places I want to go on vacation, design, classic pictures, black and white, motorcycles, jokes, and some fitblr.

Day 23 (398 in total)

Today I was supposed to do a lot of stuff at the gym. I was supposed to do a chest workout, shoulder workout, core workout, and then a long distance swim.

I realized after I do a full chest workout, I literally have no strength to do a shoulder workout. It would be useless to do a shoulder workout then because I would have to drop the weight in everything drastically. I got through 2 exercises and decided I would change my workout so shoulders are tomorrow with legs. That seems like a better idea. 

After my chest workout I did core. I decided that every day I do core I am going to do my same routine, but add one different exercise. Today I added something for my obliques. I did 2 sets of dumbell side bends with a kettle ball. I don’t know how much it weighed because it was so beat up. Next time I will use a 25 pound dumbell. It was kind of fun. I’m excited to try something new next time I do core. 

I flaked on the 6 mile run today. I swear it was a good reason. I was writing a research essay for literally over 5 hours. Then I had class and now I just got out of it. I will do it on Wednesday when I am supposed to run quarter mile sprints.
